Gauteng (outside Johannesburg):

Other Provinces in South Africa:
Delivery within 2–3 business days.
Outlying or Remote Areas:
Delivery within 3–4 business days, depending on courier availability.
Delivery Fees
Gauteng: R50 delivery fee.
Rest of South Africa (outside Gauteng): R150 delivery fee.

We want you and your pets to love every Puffles product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
To start a return, contact us at hello@puffles.co.za. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the product. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, usually within 5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
