Smart Granary Pet Feeder
Q: “Can this be used for wet food?”
No. The Granary Feeder only works with dry food.
Q: “Can this feeder work for larger dogs?”
This feeder is more suitable for small or medium sized pets, such as small dogs, cats, and rabbits.
Q: “How much dry food can it hold?”
The Granary Feeder can hold 5 litres of dry food.
Q: “Will this feeder work with larger kibble sizes?”
The kibble size applicable to this feeder is 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6in in diameter.
Q: “What is the maximum amount of food that can dispense per meal?”
Up to 50 portions per meal. Each portion is about 20ml/10g ≈ 1/12 cup.

Q: “How long will the desiccant bag work?”
It is recommended to change the desiccant bag every 2 weeks to prevent mold growth.
Q: “Can pets shake the feeder to get more food out?”
The dispenser used in our product is fully enclosed, which prevents food from falling, even when the machine is shook.
Q: “Petlibro Video Cloud Services Subscription Prices?"
Video Cloud works with the Granary Smart Camera Feeder only. Be sure to bind your feeder to the Petlibro app before you activate your Video Cloud subscription. If you have more than one feeder, they'll each require a separate Video Cloud subscription.
Q: “Can it run on battery power only without the power plug, or is the battery only for backup in case the power goes out?”
To avoid detrimentally affecting the feeding of your pet in the case of a sudden power outage, only use the batteries as the primary power source during emergencies. When the feeder is only being powered by batteries, the WiFi function, camera function, record button and reset button, are all disabled to extend battery life, while meal schedules will be carried out normally.
