Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, usually within 5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
