Power On / Off

Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn the feeder ON or OFF.
Clock Time Setting

Press and hold the Set Button for 3 seconds until the hour digits flash.

Press the “+” or “–” button to adjust the hour.

Press the Set Button again; the minute digits will flash.

Press “+” or “–” to adjust the minutes to the correct time.
Feeding Time Setting

When the hour digits flash, press “+” or “–” to set the feeding hour.

Press the Set Button again; the minute digits and the first box will flash.

Press “+” or “–” to set the feeding minutes.

Press the Set Button again; the first box will flash.

Press “+” or “–” to adjust the number of feeding turns:

1 = 1 turn

2 = 2 turns
-
No number displayed = no feeding scheduled

Once finished, press the Set Button to save and exit.

Delivery Fees

We want you and your pets to love every Puffles product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
To start a return, contact us at hello@puffles.co.za. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the product. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, usually within 5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
